Hurricane Sandy flooded this apartment’s lower level with eight feet of water triggering a complete renovation of the space down to the brick walls and sub floors. Thankfully the recently renovated kitchen is on the upper level and was spared a 2nd re-do. All of the fabrics are indoor/outdoor fabrics and everything is off the floor in case of a less drastic flood.
